Chartwell School 40th anniversary Fundraiser event

Chartwell School, a nonprofit institution serving K-12 students with learning differences, was preparing to host its first in-person fundraising event since 2019. I worked closely with both the communications department and the event planning committee to develop the overall event branding. This included designing key assets such as the printed invitation, response card, and envelope, as well as social media assets for Facebook and Instagram, and digital visuals to be displayed during the event. The team sought a more relaxed, celebratory tone for the event with a particular emphasis on marking the school’s 40th anniversary. Given that the school was founded in the 1980s, the theme was inspired by an '80s prom, the only primary design request being the incorporation of neon and disco balls into the visual design.
